Production line

The machine is composed of 7 parts, including feeding part, washing and drying part, lamp inspection part, spacer locating part, outer press part, inner press part, tilting part.

Feeding Part:
There is a coating identifying system and alarm system, when the coating side is placed  wrongly,  the  transmission will  stop  automatically  and  the  system will give an alarm. On the contrary, the glass will go without barrier.
Washing and Drying Part:
This section is made of 304 stainless steel which can avoid rust and prolong the machine service life. 
1)Four pairs of brushes high temperature nylons[diameter: 180mm], they are soft and can avoid scratching glasses. And can wash low-e glass.
2)At  the  bottom, stainless steel bearings are adopted and avoid second pollution 

Lamp Inspection Part:
This section is used to check washing quality and guarantee product quality.  And  the  black  color  is  compared  to  the  glass panels,  so  it  is  very easy to check washing quality.

Aluminum Spacer Locating Part:
There is side bar and bottom bar for locating aluminum spacer, which can fix glass and aluminum spacer correctly.

Outer Press Part:
This part is advanced design , especially for bigger glass combination. It is the first step for glass combination. With this part, higher work efficiency and higher yield.

Inner Press Part:

1. It is the second step for glass pressing.
2. Driving by hydraulic system, more stable.

Tilting Part:
 It is used for glass tilting up and down after finished.
