YB-2000 Horizontal Glass Washing and Drying Machine

This machine is used for the upper and lower surface washing and drying of flat glass , high-quality Low-e glass and coated glass etc. It consists of input section, washing and air-drying section, output section, water tank, PLC, Blower and so on.
Features:
1.Frame is made of aluminum alloy profile, no scrapping, permanent use;
The sheet metal parts in contact with water is made of 201 stainless steel;
The surface of the rest of the sheet metal parts is painted with high- grade mechanical painting or powder coating;
The whole machine conveying rubber roller adopts 201 stainless steel shaft fully covered by vulcanized rubber.
2. The washing section and the drying section can be lifted and lowered as a whole, max lifting height:350mm, easy to clean and maintain.
3. 2 pairs of aluminum air knives are equipped with heating and temperature control devices,high wind power, good air drying performance.
4. 4 water tanks are placed on the side, easy to clean the tank, water change, inspection.
5. Three pairs of brushes (160mm) with 201stainless steel shaft configuration are 2 pairs of stiff brushes (with cylinder lift)and 1pair of soft brushes, which can clean Low-e glass and coated glass without damaging the coated surface.
6. The cleaning water shall be tap water (in line with civil water standards) and deionized
water (deionized water treatment equipment shall be provided by the buyer)
7. The air inlet of the blower is equipped with an air filter, which is easy to replace, has a large air volume and a good air drying performance.
8. The upper roller is driven externally by the shift gear, which has the advantages of smooth transmission and good sealing on both sides.
9. PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate.
