1.Main features
1) 1.This furnace adopts a new structure and double insulation system so that it has features of rapidly raising temperature, less heat loss and electricity saving.
2).Full automatic: just need press one button, it also has functions such as fault alarm and fault analysis, and also alarm for the glass is finished, no need workers to keep watching while it working, saving manpower.
3).The multi-layer furnace design for leap-type tracks, easy to control.
4). Our furnace use main and auxiliary heating systems so that the temperature rise faster and the energy consume less.
5). The vacuum pressure is adjustable to avoid squeeze out of the excessive glue when the film is melting.
6).The vacuum pressure can be controlled automatically and works intermittently to help lighten the burden of the vacuum pumps and prolong its operation life. It also have the function of power-off protection, which means there won't be any waste glass if the power is off during its working.
7).The vacuum bag is made of tear growth resistance silica gel plate, which is durable and has good air tightness.
