LJX6-7000 Six-side Cutting and Milling Machining Center

This equipment has highly integrated processing capabilities. It can process frames, sash, and mullion. From sawing of profiles to processing of process holes and end milling of the middle mullion, it can be completed at one time.
Processable hole types: pin holes, glue injection holes, handle holes, clear corners of transmission rod notch, ordinary drainage holes, invisible drainage holes, installation holes.
Features:
1.The drilling and milling part adopts an 8-spindle design, with each side corresponding to 2 spindles. Different tools can be installed according to process different requirements, and the tools can be automatically changed during the processing.
2.The equipment is designed with an integrated bed. The loading table, feeding rack, milling hole part and cut part are all integrated welding bed, and are subjected to vibration aging treatment, which greatly improves the stability of the equipment.
3.The equipment has an automatic labeling function and is equipped with a TSC industrial printer, a self-designed labeling mechanism, and a suction cup vacuum pressure detection function, which is stable and durable.
4.The end milling part is equipped with two end milling spindles, one of which can rotate 90 degrees in positive and negative directions, which can be used to strengthen the processing of the Mullion.
