LMB-120 Single-head corner crimping machine
Main features
1).The machine is specialized in production of hi-grad aluminum door and windows, and it is suitable to connection of 90 angle structure of aluminum door and window.
2). The mechanical special crimping structure make corner assembling synchronous.
3). The positioning is up-and-down adjustable, and suitable to process different section shape and side of profile.
4). Left and right punching head feed synchronously to avoid deforming in corner-assembling procedure to make window.
5) Hydraulic system driving, ensure a stable working.
6) Synchronous feeding of the level(left and right side) pushing knives by link with one hydraulic cylinder driving, which avoid the corner deform and enhance the corner connection efficiently.
7) Convenient operation and less error in processing.
8) Distance of tool knife adjustable, as the screw thread connection, easy working for tools.
