Product Description

1. It is specially used for the welding colorful PVC profiles, with two welding heads, which can realize the welding of three frames of rectangular windows.
2. The upper and lower special broach processing, micro-seam or 2mm welding seam, after welding, the upper and lower welding seams are cleaned, and the welding seam is straight and beautiful.
3. The head movement part of the whole machine adopts high-precision square linear guide rail movement pair, the equipment runs stably and reliably, and the movement precision is high.
4. It can realize the seamless welding of profiles with a maximum height of 150mm, with a large processing range and high welding strength.
5. A special welding back plate can be installed, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and the strength of the welding angle can be increased by more than 20%.
6. The extrusion knife of the whole machine is made of high-precision alloy material, which is precision-machined after quenching. The knife is standardized and supports tool exchange.
