Product characteristics 1. Bus absolute value motor, no tedious return-to-zero operation is needed when starting up. 3.Fault diagnosis and alarm function: It can automatically record the running state of the machine in the production process, alarm the fault and display the root point of the problem in real time.
Fiber laser positioning 1.Automatic edge-finding and positioning of glass: Accurately measure the actual position and deflection angle of glass, realize automatic adjustment of cutting path of cutter head, set error range and prevent interference signal collection
2. Special-shaped scanning: The detector can intelligently scan special-shaped objects and automatically generate graphics by feedback, so as to realize copying cutting.
Cutting technology 1.The pressure of cutting tool head is controlled by electromechanical integrated precision pressure regulating valve, and the cylinder pushes the pressure to output evenly to make the tool head fit perfectly.
2. Glass surface cutting can avoid knife jumping due to glass quality problems.
Automatic labeling 1. Replace manual labeling. According to the customer's requirements, the printer prints out the label for recording glass information, and the labeling cylinder Fingers grab labels and stick them on the corresponding glass surface.
2. Instruction printing is adopted for printing, and direct dialogue between printer and control system replaces the problems of printing delay and wrong labeling in conventional drive printing. (Customer is advised to configure labeling function)
Snapping function 1. Install a snapping ejector rod on the cutting platform, and the air cylinder pushes the ejector rod to break the glass.
2. The ejector rod is formed by aluminum profile and PVC material, which has high precision and strong wear resistance.
Transport function Conveyor belt is installed on the cutting platform, which does not need manual film transfer. The cutting glass can be transported to the air-floated film-breaking platform through the conveyor belt, and the film-breaking operation can be carried out on the film-breaking platform
